Wise leaders have peculiar leadership skills that transcend the everyday requirements of a given task, and since wisdom takes time, we have among us veteran professionals with vast experiences / qualififications in the Insurance and Technical industries.
- Apart from time, we believe wisdom is contagious and can be leant, this is why we foundit wise to partner with Advanta Global Services (a renowned global loss adjusting firm) even as we equally expand our international coverage.
- Wise leaders do not make one-sided decisions; instead, they are affected by the varying perceptions of their team as well as those outside the company. This is why as we carry out a given task we take time to understand the needed expertise and engage even external professionals when need be.
These decisions we make are informed by various personal experiences and also take into account what is good not only for LMCI but also for other stakeholders and the society as a whole.
